What’s going on: A collection of realtors who understand the difficulty are taking to YouTube and distinguishing them selves with a new genre of written content in which they share painfully trustworthy descriptions of listings.

Zoom in: Jamie Eklund, a serious estate agent in northern Colorado, told the newspaper he is dedicated to being “as straightforward with people” as achievable about just about every property, like its downsides.
