A hot air balloon has landed short of its location, slipping about an apartment building in Melbourne’s south on Wednesday.
Police say the balloon crashed all around 7:20am, with 13 individuals on board.
Emergency crews responded to the scene at Tiuna Grove, Elwood, fortunately reporting no accidents.
Pilot Nick Braw described on 3AW radio how a malfunction occurred on its route to Moorabbin.
