LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5/Gray News) – A true estate agent was attacked immediately after the suspect entered design home she was displaying, in accordance to an arrest report by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Law enforcement.

Suspect Richy Cervantes, faces fees of dwelling invasion, tried sexual assault, lewdness, battery, and kidnapping soon after the incident on July 11 at an undisclosed neighborhood.

In accordance to police, a authentic estate agent was working at a design house and demonstrating the house to opportunity prospective buyers.

The agent said a guy was going for walks about the product residence acting suspicious and unlocking windows inside the household.

Immediately after the man left, the true estate agent locked the entrance doorway and windows of the model household just before contacting police and reporting the suspicious male, the report said.

When the agent was on the cellphone with her coworker, the suspect returned to the house and attempted to enter back again within the design property.

The female hid in a closet and stayed on the cellphone with her coworker.

The suspect broke a window, entered into the residence and uncovered the target hiding.

The actual estate agent reported the person dragged her out of the closet and pinned her down. The person proceeded to make threatening responses towards her before performing a lewd act, in accordance to authorities.

Law enforcement employed a sledgehammer to bust open up the entrance doorway and arrest the suspect.

In accordance to court docket records, Cervantes is becoming held devoid of bail. His up coming courtroom hearing is established for July 19.

Las Vegas police are investigating further victims of Cervantes.
