BRITAIN’S least expensive ‘house’ is to go on auction to increase revenue for charity right after being shown at a flower show.
The 2.7m (8ft) substantial stone structure has been designed by charity Horticap to increase money for the function it does with grownups with finding out problems.

Phil Airey, the charity’s functions supervisor, said: “We do a present backyard garden at the Harrogate Flower Clearly show every year and this year’s theme is the 3 very little pigs.
“We’ve got a straw home, a wooden residence which is rickety and they’ll be blown above by the wolf.

The construction was designed by dry stone wall builders Jason and Tracey Potter and was established to be applied in the 2020 exhibit.
But when that was cancelled because of to the Covid, the charity put the residence into storage for two decades prior to its official unveiling on Wednesday.
It is sat on a wood pallet at the showground and the charity would be keen to produce it to a buyer inside of close to a 10 mile radius of its base in Harrogate.
Phil, 57, said he thinks the structure would be a awesome addition to a yard and could be applied as a canine dwelling, a hen hut or even as a child’s Wendy property.
He added: “There’s practically nothing within it, so it’s up to the customer even so they’d want to use it.
“It’s a structure that will seem really lovable in the backyard garden and it should final a handful of many years, it is properly durable.
“It can appear with the picket fence and bouquets. It will not be the crops that are in now, but if we get £10,000 for it I’ll come and do some crops.
“It’s on a pallet now, then next Monday early morning I’ll come alongside, dismantle it and out in our van and whoever the new operator, we’ll have to produce it and form the logistics out of how to get it in their garden.
“If it’s inside a 10 or 11 mile radius, we can provide it.”
